Loved the workout today. No burpees or running=awesome. The steak omelette today was KILLER. Any thing that good can’t be good for you even if in an organic package.
i didn’t work out. BUT, i sure enjoyed my steak and eggs!
GotTa work on my double unders. Great job Lance,Ryan, and Dustin for holding it together. I could probably make a comment or two., but I won’t.
OH, Good luck to all the competitors this weekend. I know you all will represent RPM well, and impress the people of Georgia.
